- GVGus VJul 7, 20221.0This place has gone way downhill over the last year or two since new management came in. Recently tried to raise my rent by 34% after living here for 3+ years. They have had a constant flow of new maintenance and office workers, the common areas have not been maintained (garbage overflowing, dirty hallways), and overall quality has gone way down (loud neighbors, hallways smell bad, homeless people in lobby). Do yourself a favor and avoid.

We have a nice 2 bed, 2 bath and our rent is better priced than other apartments in this very popular area. Always clean. The staff here, especially Christina, are always super friendly and helpful. Great underground parking. Super pet friendly and help with pet issues if there are any. Signing on for another year :)) Highly recommend.
