  Jill Rassbach Pember is about as down-to-earth as you will ever find in a real estate agent. She is honest and direct while really considering your needs as either a buyer or a seller. Jill will give you straight advice when selling whether you like it or not. She's in it for the relationships, not a fast buck. She's an excellent communicator and dedicated advocate for her clients. She knows the area and knows the market. We had a situation where a sketchy buyer's agent was attempting to play some angles to make us act fast to sell our home and Jill shut it down so fast you could hear the ground shake. We almost fell for it, but she was there. We ended up with an amazing offer from a great buyer and everyone ended up happy. Use Jill for your next home purchase or sale. You can thank me later!

  Rassbach Realty was amazing to work with. Jill was very knowledgeable about current market trends and what buyers were looking for. Jill kept me updated every step of the way and if I had a question (which I had many as it was my first sale) she was extremely responsive and professional. If I were to move back to the area Jill is who I would contact right away. Highly recommended realty company!
