  Have been living here almost 4 years. The apartment buildings are aging but the units themselves are great. I've had a handful of maintenance issues and want to shout-out Bert and anyone else on the maintenance staff for diligently solving the problems that come up. Dawn, the community manager, has always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Although the buildings may not be the newest and most feature filled you get quality service from the property staff

  I only lived here for 1 year before we purchased a place, but i really loved the place. I had an updated unit, and i can say that it was very nice for the price. Quiet buildings, securely locked, with a dishwasher and laundry in unit. The underground parking was a bonus! I've read most of these reviews and maybe that was their experiences, but i really didn't experience any of the negatives things i have read. The one thing i would encourage management to work on is Communication. They, at times, can be slow to get back to you. Other than that, i loved the place! Wanted to give 4.5 stars, but that wasn't an option.

  I am a current tenant and never in all my renting history have felt with such poor management! The new management does not return calls, emails, nothing! I moved in and NOTHING was clean. I had to hire and pay for an exterminator! There is so much built up grease in the stove top fan range if I attempt to cook it drips down into the food. My sister has had to come and help me many times try and clean the kitchen because so much build up and filth. I got a big chuck of the kitchen countertop missing. I pay almost $1200 for an apartment that is worth nothing! Do not move to this place, promised everything would be good when I moved in. There were 3 months in between the tenant before me and when I moved in and nothing done. You take a shower and all you smell is paint coming up off the walls. It’s disgusting!
