Neighbors were quiet and friendly, and management was nice and helpful (especially Tim). I really loved living here and had a great experience. The cherry on top was the view of Lake Mendota from my balcony!!! Highly recommend this apartment building.

The management people (Magen, Tim) are very friendly, and they are always helpful and accommodating as much as they can. The location is decent in a sense that it is walking distance away to the Capitol, James Madison Park, and State Street and you are still away enough to not get a lot of noise. The only problem I had was the off-street parking on the weekends for the first half of my stay (you may need to go to the waitlist to get an assigned parking onsite). Highly recommend this place in general. It will be my home again if I come back to Madison.

The renovated units and first floor gym are really nice, and the landlord is very kind and accommodating! Only reason I moved out was because I have roommates now, otherwise I probably would have stayed :)
