  VENDORS/SERVICE PROVIDERS BEWARE! Renew Madison DOES NOT pay their invoices! We completed a job 3/21/2024, it is not 8/14/2025 (yes almost TWO years) later and we have STILL not been paid!! This company is a sickening scam. When we were finally able to contact someone they give us the run around responding every couple months with another paperwork “item” they need in order to make payment. PAY YOUR VENDORS!!!!

  The Renew Apartments offer a great layout and generous space. From my move-in day to the present, my overall experience has been pleasant. The community is generally quiet, and while children are rightfully playful, they deserve a clean and peaceful environment to enjoy. Although management handles daily cleaning and weekly lawn maintenance, the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness ultimately falls on the residents—especially parents. Kids play time usually ends early, and the community has been very quiet by 8pm with no major loud noise as posted by others There’s truly no reason broken bikes and toys are left scattered across the property, posing a hazard and eyesore for others as well as unreturned supermarket carts that become unsafe play toys This only applies to the units behind the management office. All other areas are kept clean, possibly because there aren't as many younger children. As for management: Jake, Holly, and Jamie are professional, approachable, and clearly do their best to hold residents accountable, despite being a small team and I am thankful to have found my unit when my homeowner ship fell through at the last minute. They came through for me within a weeks notice, and that speaks to their tenant support and people skills. Although I'm waiting on maintenance to complete an electrical issue, they have been fantastic with all of my previous requests and also made me aware of their current backlog. My only recommendations would be: • Conduct a deep cleaning of common area hallway and staircase carpeting. • Repair external fixtures (e.g., doors, locks, laundry machines). • Enforce accountability for lease violations among tenants. Maintaining a high standard of living requires collective effort. When expectations are lowered, the quality of life suffers. Let's all do our part to keep this community at its best. Luxury is a state of being that doesn't require thousands of $.
