- KDkarelin DominguezDec 28, 20251.0On the 1st of the month, the payment application displayed an incorrect amount ($12). This error was reported in a timely manner. I paid my rent via money order for $1,495, which was received by management without any comments or warnings about an alleged outstanding balance. I was not informed of any issue at that time. It was not until December 23rd that I received an email stating that the “correct” rent amount was $1,545 and that, due to the difference, I was being held responsible for a late payment and late fees. It is improper to assign a late payment when the rent was received and accepted without objection within the appropriate timeframe.

We completed a job 3/21/2024, it is not 8/14/2025 (yes almost TWO years) later and we have STILL not been paid!! This company is a sickening scam. When we were finally able to contact someone they give us the run around responding every couple months with another paperwork “item” they need in order to make payment. PAY YOUR VENDORS!!!!
