  Just wanted to share my opinion on living here as it hasn’t been the best. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and my dryer hasn’t worked once since we moved in, garbage disposal is broken (hasn’t worked since we moved in) vent van above stove is broken (hasn’t worked since we moved in) and a lot of other things including paint touch ups not done, damage around trim in the apartment, etc. Maintenance request have been put in multiple times and have been canceled every single time to the point where we haven’t even decided to put in another one and just wait till our lease is up in a few months to move out of this dump. Management was alright at first and definitely reached out when they needed to but ever since about November/December when the new lady was hired things have went down hill. She is constantly changing the rules that were never listed on the lease, constantly harassing people because there vehicle was parked in a parking stall for not even week with a parking permit threatening that she was gonna have it towed and whole lot of other bs. She is very disrespectful and not even sure how she is working as a apartment manager here. Definitely don’t recommend moving into here especially because it is not worth the amount of money we pay a month at all.

  Absolutely love the experience and staff here . Very well up kept, staff is very friendly and understanding!! Really do feel like you “Elevate” living here.

  See images for a my first review-- its long. REPLY to their comment- Yes Kayesha, you are the new PM after Patrick dipped. You emphasized you were when i was upset in your office and you ask me if i didnt see your intro email that was sent out. All responses public and personal, i feel have been very corp. Yes, i will no longer be reporting issues I see (unless it directly impacts and/r maybe case damage to my unit). It's so funny the maintenances guy just called about my heat about the 2nd ticket i submitted on 12.30, I told him to just close it bc I have no faith on having it permanently resolved due to my prior experiences so far and or waiting for the hvac people come. Personally, i feel the only way this could be turned around, is if you magically summon Laura back. She give off the vibes she cared, was great with communication and personally followed up on issues. Laura is the one that brought me here. You will have huge shoes to fill if you want to be on the same level as Laura for level of service. For a visual on level of service comparison, its like a lambo vs a prius.   I’ve been living here almost 2 years. My experience has been ok. I’ve address some issues to management and sometimes they have taken care of it especially Laura. Other times they have not, like the side door that always slams loud, the elevator was out of service 2 or 3 times. The last time it was out of service’s it took 1 week and 3 days and I have a baby with a stroller so it was super inconvenient. The apartment buzzer system still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been a couple of months or half a year. It would be nice if the issues could be fixed since the apartments come with these amenities and that’s why we’re paying so much money for rent. The overall cleanness of the building has been not the greatest, like trash chutes have been full, the coffee station trash has been piled up a lot of times, stains in the carpet and the trash room has been full of trash BUT they have improved. The elevators have been cleaned more often, they smell good. They did paint over some of the marks in the wall in the 1st floor which I did appreciate that because it was looking bad. I did see they were cleaning the carpet 1 time. One other amenities I have had an issue with. For example are the bikes. Twice I wanted to use them and one of the bikes needed repair, another one I think had a flat tire, 2 other ones were low battery. Management like Laura has been super helpful, always been there to listen to my issues. Every time I had questions, or concerns she has always been a quick response in a email, or downstairs in her office. I appreciate her, for helping and making the process of me moving in super fast and efficient. She always provides me a lot of information and appreciate her being super sweet, nice, and understanding of the situation. Laura definitely helped me address an issue I had with the tow truck but through the process it was helpful that she moved super fast and called the tow truck company that same day and in a couple of days the issue was solved and I was happy. Never had a problem with her, best management I’ve had not like other apartment complex.
