Cons-Not great as it advertised and for the $. When I moved in the apartment it was icky. I could feel it on the counters, the blinds, the bathroom had gross yellow drip marks on the wall. The outlets don't properly, only the top plug does. Reported on my move in & they said they would have someone come look, no one did. Getting a garage parking spot assigned was a nightmare. I was assigned 5 spots but someone was always parked in it so they had to do an audit of which ones were talking. In the kitchen concrete was split, I could see in the garage. Maintenance didn't believe bc the floors are "6ft thick," turned the lights off & could see into the garage. Floor became an issue in the fall/winter, car exhaust leaked. They used plastic wood the fill it but it dried up and was useless. It took 6 months for them to come "fix" the kitchen floor, which isn't even fixed, they just put flooring over it. They did a terrible job. Missed a chunk of flooring, countertop is movable, flooring glue was all over the floor, trim on countertops damaged, and caulking was never replaced (too be fair he did say for me to tell them when it is a good time to come didnt do that bc WFH. Today, care exhaust still comes up.After thanksgiving that year, I think someone died across from me, the SMELL.. unforgettable.11/10/26 reported a wet spot in the hallways verbally to the office, the wet spot aligned to my bathroom sink. Submitted a ticket on 11/13 they closed the ticket.. wet spot got worse,come 11/28/26 my bathroom started to leak water.. guy told me one thing and had to wait for a plumper while my bathroom took on water, USED WATER, guy said it was return water, cabinet got water damage, flooring came up, smelled. My first and second report went unacknowledged.. no communication on the leak was never given to me they said bc it the "leak wasnt in my apartment they don't need to follow up with me" make it make sense even though I'm directly impacted. used my own towels I asked for a fan or dehumidifier no on replied to me. No one told me when the plumber was coming. Asked the office more than one. After leak was fixed they did replace like two things of flooring in my bathroom under the actually cabinet as never properly dried, even through I brought it up as a concern of MOLD, cabinet still water damaged.Me being frustrated and emotional bc no one said anything and the whole leak could have been addressed WEEKs prior when it wasn't bad or in my apartment. Talked to the property manager & wanted to do a formal complaint.. when i asked "what the process was for complaints," she goes & makes a poor joke "I just let them sit." Why would you say that to someone especially when they are clearly frustrated? Was going to do a written complaint but decided on this public review bc of the interaction i had with the property manager. if you email them, they props won't respond last 3 emails never got a reply. Neighbors are loud above me (complained),next to me is loud music day or night and. Dog poo &pee in hallways,reported some but not anymore it isnt in my apartment. People dont pick up their dog poop and people let their dogs off leash, no enforcement maybe an email only. I can smell when my neighbors take a dump or cooks from my closet and bedroom. The heat it works when it wants, ticket submitted.
I wish i could move or asked to be transferred to another unit, but that costs money that i cant wing atm. So much for my tenants rights for enjoying my apartment. Not reporting issues anymore unless in my apartment. Also, idk what is up with one half of maintenance team. Only one of them is nice and the other one always seems like he doesn't like his job, it's very "why are you complaining, i dont want to be here "vibe." Pros-Laura was amazing (she ain't there anymore). Evonna is great too.Got free garage parking.Good internet package, no issues (specturm). Unit size is nice.Units look nice at a quick glance

I’ve been living here almost 2 years. My experience has been ok. I’ve address some issues to management and sometimes they have taken care of it especially Laura. Other times they have not, like the side door that always slams loud, the elevator was out of service 2 or 3 times. The last time it was out of service’s it took 1 week and 3 days and I have a baby with a stroller so it was super inconvenient. The apartment buzzer system still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been a couple of months or half a year. It would be nice if the issues could be fixed since the apartments come with these amenities and that’s why we’re paying so much money for rent. The overall cleanness of the building has been not the greatest, like trash chutes have been full, the coffee station trash has been piled up a lot of times, stains in the carpet and the trash room has been full of trash BUT they have improved. The elevators have been cleaned more often, they smell good. They did paint over some of the marks in the wall in the 1st floor which I did appreciate that because it was looking bad. I did see they were cleaning the carpet 1 time. One other amenities I have had an issue with. For example are the bikes. Twice I wanted to use them and one of the bikes needed repair, another one I think had a flat tire, 2 other ones were low battery. Management like Laura has been super helpful, always been there to listen to my issues. Every time I had questions, or concerns she has always been a quick response in a email, or downstairs in her office. I appreciate her, for helping and making the process of me moving in super fast and efficient. She always provides me a lot of information and appreciate her being super sweet, nice, and understanding of the situation. Laura definitely helped me address an issue I had with the tow truck but through the process it was helpful that she moved super fast and called the tow truck company that same day and in a couple of days the issue was solved and I was happy. Never had a problem with her, best management I’ve had not like other apartment complex.
