- JBjami balickiFeb 25, 20261.0I do not recommend this apartment to anybody. They leased me an apartment above the gym and at all times of the day and night I hear the weights being dropped. From midnight to 6am. It sounds like bowling balls being dropped. I have contacted the office multiple times about this issue and they have done absolutely nothing about it. I would of never released if I had known. It is a huge design flaw in the building. Also the rent increases every single year and it is already overpriced. Considering how much I pay my appliances are sooo cheap and break often. Lastly, the lighting in this building is horrible. In the winters there is no sunlight and it sucks. Do not live here it is not worth the price you pay. There are plenty of better and newer buildings downtown to reside in and experience a better quality of life.
