  I could not recommend Bob Winding more highly than the 5 stars I provided here. Bob has assisted our family in the purchase of two homes and a sale of another. His professional, friendly demeanor and his industry knowlege have all been assets in our work with Bob. Kevin H.

  On a scale of 1-10, Bob is an 11! Time after time, Bob went over and beyond to assist me in every way possible: he met with me numerous times to better understand my needs and interests and help me understand the Madison market and its various neighborhoods; he sent out letters on my behalf to homeowners asking if they would be interested in selling; he called numerous realtors alerting them of my interests and inquiring about houses coming on the market; he scouted out houses on my behalf when I was unavailable or to save me time; he communicated with me on a regular basis helping me move through challenging times and stay positive; he consistently replied to every email, text and phone call I sent/made on a timely basis; he introduced me to people in neighborhoods, so I could get a better feeling of community; he walked me through numerous houses, gave me honest feedback on their condition and location, and gently knew when to push back when I started to veer off of my wish list; he understands problems that can plague homes in the area and provided me with a well-honed list of terrific service providers (from mold and lead paint remediators to insurance agents, painters, carpenters, and carpet cleaners); he easily guided me through a closing that could have been complicated and messy; and he continued to follow up with me after closing to ensure I was getting along. Putting aside what Bob does, I most appreciate who Bob is and the values he exemplifies: integrity, honesty, helpfulness, thoughtfulness, generosity, community stewardship, and excellence. Although he continually represented my best interest, I was grateful that he always looked for win/win solutions, ensuring others were treated professionally, fairly, and kindly along the way. I cannot recommend Bob highly enough. Not only did I find a new home in my preferred neighborhood, but I found a trusted friend that I know I can turn to in the future. Thank you, Bob, for representing me and making my overall experience one of ease, joy, and grace!

  Working with Bob was a great decision! He found us the perfect home in the highly-desirable Regent/Dudgeon-Monroe area near campus and downtown Madison, and he helped us get the best price, even while beating out a competing offer. Thanks to his real estate network, he knew about our house before it even went on the market, so we were able to see it right away and move quickly, which was helpful since we weren't living in Madison yet. After we bought the house, Bob continued the support, helping us find the right contractors to do some home improvements -- he would even go check on progress and keep us updated on the renovations before we relocated! To this day, Bob is the guy we call when we need anything related to the house, whether it's gutter cleaning, handyman jobs, HVAC work, you name it, he knows everyone and will connect us to the right person to get the work done for a great price. He's the realtor that keeps on giving!
