  We lived at elevate for about a year, the first time walking into elevate we felt welcomed, it felt clean and most of all the staff was amazing and so helpful all the time. Kayesha and Evonna were both amazing property managers, they always were welcoming, helpful and most of all genuine people. They even let us host our wedding in the community room and offered any help they could. Anytime we needed repairs the maintenance staff was right at our door within 24 hours. We really enjoyed living at elevate and the staff made it even better ! We truly appreciate the elevate team and their professionalism. Thank you !

  Just wanted to share my opinion on living here as it hasn’t been the best. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and my dryer hasn’t worked once since we moved in, garbage disposal is broken (hasn’t worked since we moved in) vent van above stove is broken (hasn’t worked since we moved in) and a lot of other things including paint touch ups not done, damage around trim in the apartment, etc. Maintenance request have been put in multiple times and have been canceled every single time to the point where we haven’t even decided to put in another one and just wait till our lease is up in a few months to move out of this dump. Management was alright at first and definitely reached out when they needed to but ever since about November/December when the new lady was hired things have went down hill. She is constantly changing the rules that were never listed on the lease, constantly harassing people because there vehicle was parked in a parking stall for not even week with a parking permit threatening that she was gonna have it towed and whole lot of other bs. She is very disrespectful and not even sure how she is working as a apartment manager here. Definitely don’t recommend moving into here especially because it is not worth the amount of money we pay a month at all.

  Absolutely love the experience and staff here . Very well up kept, staff is very friendly and understanding!! Really do feel like you “Elevate” living here.

  See images for 1st and 2nd review. MY 3rd review. From my experience I do not recommend living here. Looks can be deceiving. I spoke with Sarah from corporate after my 2nd review, the talk was nice and she advised me what she was going to do for my HVAC issues, i had hope to maybe fix our relationship, she ghosted me, the hope was then lost. She did not have that "fix-it" mentality which she is known for per the public RMK website. Regarding the floor crack in my kitchen, I recently learned of my tenant rights and that it should NOT have to live like this. I wish i knew more sooner. I can SEE into garage from the 6ft thick floor. They failed to repair it correctly and properly. I have car exhaust coming in and they tell me "we strongly dispute that the apartment is untenantable under Wisconsin Statute §704.07(4) or that there is an ongoing hazardous condition." Like bro? how really, how is this okay or normal? Oh, I also have cigarette smoke coming in. I actively avoid the kitchen and have an air purifier going 24/7 to try to ease my mind. Again, highly DO NOT recommend!
