    I am a condo owner in a condo association that has hired Kay (PMC) as a manager. She has yelled at me on the phone, I know of one other owner she has yelled at and now she has resorted to calling names. She is so unprofessional. What she does do is certainly not worth what she charges. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
