We lived here for three years and truly loved our experience. Both the community and our apartment were wonderful. Whenever we had an issue, the maintenance team and office staff handled it quickly and professionally. As a woman, I always felt very safe living here, which meant a lot. I also appreciated the many community activities and how dog-friendly the property is. One thing that really stood out was the pool’s handicap chair lift, making it accessible for residents who need it. That level of consideration was something I hadn’t seen at other apartment complexes. The only reason we moved out is because we purchased a home—otherwise we absolutely would have renewed for a fourth year. Wishing the Reserve community and its amazing team all the best!

Loved it while we lived there. Amenities were wonderful. However the process of moving out seemed unnecessarily difficult and the fees were ridiculous

I walked in to set up a tour and express interest in an apartment and the staff was incredibly unfriendly, and even rude. That, on top of the rents being Milwaukee level expensive for a location across the street from a gas station and some sketchy motels was an immediate no from me. If the staff was that unwelcoming and unwilling to help before I had even signed a lease, I didn’t want to experience the after.

We lived here for 3 years. When we first moved in, the one bedroom one bathroom was about $1300. Now they are looking to get $2k out of it. In my opinion, it is not worth it. Although I will miss living here, you do get charged for absolutely everything and winter heating is extremely expensive. Some months we paid over $300 for a one bedroom! That doesn’t include the water, sewer, garbage, etc. etc. when you move out, you can expect a $250 cleaning fee although they haven’t even checked to see if it is dirty yet, they will still charge you upfront regardless. I would like to think we were good tenants, had no complaints against us from other residents and we stayed fairly quiet. All we got upon move out was an “we’re charging you for utilities for the past 8 days of December.” No good luck or thank you or anything. It’s sad, we did like it here but expect to be priced out of your apartment within a few years.
