- ESEllen SchneiderJan 17, 20265.0Clean, quiet, with friendly residents and staff. The heated underground parking is lovely! Snow removal is performed promptly. And I love my loft. Very pet friendly, and located right next to Palmer Park. They host a lot of community-building events and fun holiday activities. I haven’t needed to have any maintenance done (I’ve been in my apartment for a year and a half), so I can’t comment on that. One thing I wish was different was that you couldn’t hear the interstate traffic noise - it doesn’t interfere with sleeping or anything, but is noticeable if the rest of the apartment is quiet. Oh, and I really enjoy not having to travel to or join a gym, as there is an above average exercise facility.

I get to watch deer and other wildlife right outside my window! It’s peaceful, grounding, and such a gift. I love my one-bedroom apartment, but the amenities make it even better. The heated garage is a lifesaver in Wisconsin winters, and the community center has everything: the office, a gym, mailroom, community room, and a beautiful pool. I spent so many relaxing afternoons by the pool last summer. But truly, the *best* part of living here is the staff. Every single person is incredible. From helping me find the perfect apartment, to assisting with storage units, to quick and friendly fixes, they make me feel like part of their family. Their kindness and care make this place feel like home. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable, and welcoming place to live, I wholeheartedly invite you to be my neighbor. I couldn’t be happier!
