  So happy we moved back to the Glades in Janesville. Such a friendly community with so many excellent amenities. Maintenance when needed is quick at solving any problems; needed new smoke alarm that started sounding in the middle of the night. On-call sent someone out right away to fix it. The buildings are always so nice and clean, and the property managers are the best! If you’re looking for an apartment I highly recommend the Glades. By far the best apartments in Janesville.

  The glade - one of the best properties in Janesville. So many different well kept amenities for the money! Also… Lauren in the office, sweetest and humans! She was INCREDIBLY helpful

  We moved to The Glade almost two years ago & we have no regrets. Leaving a 3-bedroom house, we didn’t know how we would like living in an apartment. When it came time to decide whether to sign another year lease, we didn’t hesitate in deciding to stay right where we are. The Glade complex is extremely clean & the staff is outstanding! The amenities are top notch & the social opportunities have been terrific. Between the August pool party, the Christmas dinner, the Valentine breakfast or the May Muffins, the catered events are a blast! Meeting new people here has developed into some great friendships, & some clubs have been created based on common interests. You won’t be sorry if you stop in & check out The Glade!

  I’ve really enjoyed living at The Glade Apartments in Janesville. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which makes it a great place to come home to. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a nice layout. Management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests, and issues are handled in a timely manner. The grounds are maintained nicely, and I appreciate how peaceful the area is while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences in Janesville. Overall, The Glade Apartments have been a great place to live, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

  Working with The Glade has been a great professional experience. The property is well run, organized, and maintained to a high standard, which makes everything smooth and efficient. Property managers Jessica and Lauren are truly exceptional to work with. They are professional, responsive, communicative, and consistent in following through. Their leadership, attention to detail, and respect for working relationships set them apart. They make it easy and ensure everything is handled promptly and professionally. It’s clear that The Glade benefits greatly from having managers like Jessica and Lauren. I highly recommend working with this property and its management team.
