- DMderek madden2 days ago2.0Never return emails or calls. Wrote on move in inspection report carpet was nasty stained up said sending someone there clean it better. No one showed up. 2 years later carpet never cleaned. Plus I took live video on carpet stains and sent them. Moved out and now want to charge me for carpet repair. I did everything they asked!! No call back no email back !! I moved out the exact date I moved in 2 yrs ago and charged me a loss rental fee. And 125$ for move out inspection report carpet. Cops are there all the time! Horrible situation!!

It’s clear they all take pride in creating a welcoming and well-run community. We recently had our unit serviced, and Jameson from the maintenance crew provided one of the most professional and genuinely kind experiences we’ve had. They were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly.

I’m posting here because their guy Chris ( seemed like a nice guy, was respectful ) told us that IF we finished our application that day by 3:00 pm he would not show our unit to other people. Next day I called him then he says ohhhh sorry someone else already paid the fee for that unit so I’m not sure if you will get that unit anymore. I told him you promised us that if we complete our application by 3:00, you would not show it to others. Then he gave us excuses!!! You don’t promise someone a unit then the next day give it to someone else!! Very unprofessional staff!!!! I could probably call & speak to an attorney about this unfair treatment! BUT I’ll just use google review to get my voice heard!! Edit; After Reading the countless bad reviews here Looks like Luck was on my side!! 🙂
