  I have been blessed to live at Briarwick for the last 4 years. The last time I lived in an apartment complex, all I got was PTSD. Ran by absolute slumlords who did not keep the community safe (I was stalked for months to the point the police told me to break my lease and make sure I was not followed). Greg and Joy are wonderful, annual BBQ, Christmas gift, and just looking out for the community. We have an online community board for the complex, and Greg called out the reckless people driving in front of the school bus during pick up/drop off. He and Joy work to keep this a safe community, a place I finally felt safe to live. The neighbors are wonderful and friendly, at least mine were! The dog park addition was great, it has been fun to see the property grow. It is nice when you see your rent money invested back into the complex, truly, thank you! The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, this place has old bones. But such is apartment living right? Get a sound machine, sleep with ear plugs, get to know your neighbor so they can tell you when you're being way too loud : )

  Ive debated about what to say for awhile, both to be fair and avoid retaliation. The good, as my former neighbors and the past reviews attest, is maintenance requests are generally handled quickly. Also, if you need an in-unit washer they are generally one of the cheapest options. The downside, is you will be viewed purely as a source of income, and be prepared for every interaction to be tilted to favor the property and do not expect anything for the sake of "goodwill." But in fairness, I was naive to expect or hope for anything else.

  What a wonderful place to live. Great management, neighbors are thoughtful and courteous. Fantastic pool. I do miss the Packer parties, but I realize COVID has changed everything. It is actually so quiet at night sometimes it's difficult to sleep.
