  We toured a fabulous apartment complex, Statesman Apartments, in Franklin with our daughter in college looking for an apartment. The Property Manager, Linsy Nelson, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and extremely outgoing. Not only is it a beautiful and spacious apartment building with tons of amenities including an amazing clubhouse perfect for family gatherings and a outdoor pool, it is close to freeway access for work and school for our daughter. Linsy also shared with our daughter about the surrounding community, including shopping, restaurants and most importantly, great study spots and coffee shops nearby for perfect meeting spots to collaborate with her classmates on group projects. Linsy absolutely made a positive difference and we will definitely recommend Statesman Apartments to all our family and friends!

  The Statesman Apartment complex in Franklin is a pretty amazing place! It has so many great amenities, including a pool, for those hot summer days! We were looking for an apartment with our daughter and decided to tour Stateaman. Linsy, the property manager, did a great job giving us a tour and explaining things in great detail and taking the time to answer all of our questions. We had other experiences touring other apartment complexes that were not so positive and felt like they could care less about us. At Statesman Linsy made us (my wife and I) and our daughter feel welcomed and made our daughter feel like it is a place she could call home!

  Statesman Apartments is such a modern and cozy place to live. From the moment I moved in, everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, which really made settling in easy. The office staff is incredibly easy to work with—always responsive, professional, and attentive to even the smallest details, which I truly appreciate. One of the standout features is the convenient parking, which makes daily life so much easier and stress-free. The apartments themselves are very up to date, with modern finishes and a clean, comfortable feel throughout. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. I’ve also had a great experience with all of the utilities—everything has worked properly from day one, with no issues or disruptions. Overall, it’s been a very positive living experience, and I would definitely recommend Statesman Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

  Thank you to the team at Statesman Apartments for the great service and residences you provide. I would specifically like to mention the superior cleanliness and how great of a job management does at communicating with residents. I also very much appreciate the coffee bar! Thank you to Nikki, Linsy, Jeremy and all the other friendly staff. You efforts don't go unnoticed.

  If you are in the market for an apartment, this is not one of them that you want to choose. There is many issues going on one of the biggest issues being the management. Linsy is not only unprofessional, but SO rude and I felt so racially profiled by her - this will be a thing you want to keep in mind when you choose this place. The maintenance is great though. Moving onto the issues that they would “complain” about - for context, my wife lived here before we got married and we stayed in this apartment while we built our house - once I moved in - suddenly they started complaining about a bunch of noise complaints, mind you no one lived below us for months nor on either side of our apartment??? Another thing, if you have kids or care about your health - this isn’t it. MOLD. BLACK MOLD. Once we moved out we stopped waking up with stuffy noses, and we stopped getting sick constantly - our neighbors used to complain about the build up of mold as well. I’ll leave this last and final “complaint” - they would say we had unregistered vehicles, however, they were Dealer Cars because we work in a dealership…. Mind you on the public road that belongs to Franklin, not statesman apartments! I’m sure you’ve seen the other reviews complaining about the parking. It really is a big issue there, they will tow you within minutes if you have a guest that accidentally parks somewhere thinking it’s the guest parking because their signage is confusing as all hell. Overall a back experience, sucks because the apartments themselves are nice.
