  Two years after enlisting General Property Management, I continue to be very pleased with my decision. The communication has been excellent even though I live across the country. Their ability to attract the proper tenants has been key to preserving the property. They quickly communicate my tenant’s requests. They also worked to obtain second opinions on preserving a tree that I wanted badly to keep, eventually finding an arborist with a similar vision. Everything is handled quickly. Finally, the rates are so reasonable for the services they offer - you won’t have any regrets enlisting their services.

  Awesome group of people who are great to work with. They do a great job making sure the rentals they manage are taken care of and any issues that arise are handled in a professional and timely manner. I would 100% recommend them to rent from.

  Rent went up for our unit when new lease came out Even though apartments on the other side were vacant our entire lease and they were desperate to get people in at 400$ less than our new lease amount It was an easy choice to part ways
