The hallways are consistently dirty, and the trash enclosures are poorly maintained. The dog park is in terrible shape and has been that way for some time with no signs of improvement. There’s also a noticeable lack of respect for the property—kids are often running around unsupervised, creating a chaotic environment. What’s most concerning, however, is the increased police presence. Seeing law enforcement frequently checking vehicles and even entering units makes me question the effectiveness of the background checks. I no longer feel as safe living here as I once did. It’s disappointing to see the community going downhill, especially when it had so much potential.
