  I wouldn't rent here nor recommend anyone else to. If you have over a 740 credit score, make double or more of the monthly amount every two weeks, never been evicted it's best to look elsewhere. They have you pay the app fee and give you an email list long of the run around. I'm happy I found a better place..... I know they will respond to this and fortunately for them I can't. Renters read reviews and take caution...you can spend that $25 on lunch 😁

  I set up an appt to tour a townhome, which was tough based on the availability for showing places vs a typical working schedule. The woman that answers the phone warned me that these places fill up fast & I should book this showing sooner if possible. I told her I would keep our appointment the following week, but would contact her if I had an opportunity to visit sooner. Several days later after setting up a showing, I received another voicemail from this same woman who clearly didn't realize we had previously spoken & already set up an appt to see a unit later the next week. I coincidentally was able to leave my work site early the same day as receiving the duplicate voicemail, so I called her & explained that we had already spoken & asked if she would be available instead to show me a unit that afternoon. She was incredibly rude & told me that she takes "a hundred calls/day." I politely explained that was not the issue, but that I was actually available to see a place earlier than I had already scheduled with her, providing she also had time available. She proceeded to act short and impolite with me & condescendingly told me she needed all of my information again, then immediately replied that there were no units available. Weird, as there appear to still be units available according to your website online. I'm considering this to be a sign, as I would never want to deal with this awful and ill-mannered woman again. She should really not be the voice/face of a business that deals with people.

  updated review: Moving forward, I have had a very good experience dealing with the staff at Woodmere and inquiring about their apartments and what they have to offer. Thank you.

  Terrible office staff. I left a message inquiring about vacancies and in kind received an unbelievably condescending voicemail from a very rude woman. Despite that I elected to call back and give them another chance to earn my business (she's only one member of staff after all), however no one could show common decency and return that call either. Would you want to live somewhere managed by people like that? I'll take my chances elsewhere.
