  Very seldom do I write reviews but I have been at Brookfield Reserve since September of 2023. If it were not for wanting to move into downtown Milwaukee I would never have left. The place itself is wonderful, however the staff here are what makes this place great. From the time I got here, Jackson, who is the current property manager has been helpful, attentive, and responsive to any question or issue I have had. Will and Jeff have done an excellent job keeping up with everything in the building and were fantastic in communicating when building wide maintenance was going to be done and what they might need from residences. Miriam, works incredibly hard to keep all common areas of the building clean and presentable. Though I am on to new adventures, I will miss my Monday morning debriefs with Will after the Bears won the previous Sunday and the Packers lost and my nearly daily conversations with Miriam at the community gym. Could not recommend this place more!

  My time at Brookfield Reserve has been nothing short of amazing. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful, with a spacious balcony and plenty of space/storage inside the apartment. Aside from all the amazing amenities this apartment has, the management team exceeds expectations. They are incredible, responsive and understanding. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Leia who helped me with all of my needs/ questions and made me feel immediately at home. Unfortunately my time at Brookfield Reserve has to be cut short due to a relocation for my job, but this by far is my favorite apartment I have ever had. Jackson was also super helpful when discussing next steps for moving out. I would sign here again and again!

  It’s not often you find that corporate is hands on - Reserve was exactly that - Abby, a member of the corporate team, made me and my roommate feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. We are extremely excited to call Reserve Brookfield our next home!

  It was really great to know all the people at the leasing office which kindly guided us through the apartment rent process. We are loving living at Brookfield Reserve ♥️
