  Stayed here for a year when my wife got cancer we wanted to move back home to colorado springs so she could be closer to family. The first few months were decent but then we had upstairs neighbors move in with a dog and childern at which time I didnt mind however every morning there was running jumping throughout the day the dog constantly ran through the appartment oddly you could hear it all I tried to be patient and calm but dealing with the stress of the cancer it became a nightmare complaints to the manager and no one cared even talked to the upstairs tenants no good finally the cancer got really bad and we had to leave we cleaned the appartment from top to bottom even looked better than before we moved in we packed up and with the appartment clean and tidy we headed back to colorado after getting back here we were hit with a bill of 800 dollars to replace the carpets cause they couldn't get the dog smell out of the place. 15 years renting and I've always gotten my deposit back never had any issues with smells or cleanliness they replaced all the carpets and we were the first renters of this place very disappointing. My wife passed in November from cervical cancer. I hate she had to endure this headache at the end all over a service dogs supposed smell. I'd stay away they call it luxury but they have a gym that's all. No pool no play set for the kids and tons of poop all over the property. The summer time was unbearable due to the heat you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom talking xxx there was no privacy at all.

  No garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Water heater situated inside Master’s room closet. Not enough shelves for a couple inside that closet. Stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom of the one bedroom apartment. Not full Size appliances . Pebbles on flower beds roll down to the side walk. Two year apartments has bad cement walk ways from parking spot to stairs to apartments. The gym has minimal equipment for so many apartments. No fans in the rooms. No air conditioning system either..

  Beautiful apartment very spacious but the road noise is awful from 6am to 10am. Plan on wearing earplugs every night. Impossible to rent a garage and the waiting list seems to not exist since new move inns get one but current residents don't. Rent is high but I've seen higher in neighboring cities. Maybe they should build a wall streetside to help lower noise pollution, it can shake your whole apartment and we haven't slept well since move in.
