- JSjon stordahlJul 20, 20201.0Parking was terrible. Walls were extremely thin and had damage before moving in. They said they would have someone repair them, they never did. Office rarely answered the phone. The office was closed often, they blamed it on short staff. After final inspection they told me everything looked great. Received a bill later that month that charged me for new paint. They stated that the paint had faded. I was only in the unit for 5 months so that was crazy! Also charged me $37 for a new stove drip pan ($10 at Walmart).
