    It is impossible to overstate how thankful we are to have worked with Brandon & Clayton during our home buying process. From the start of our journey, our sales contact Clayton provided excellent communication & gave us plenty of options without pressuring us to move in any particular direction. He took our feedback to heart and worked to get us the best deal he could. On top of that, he was a joy to work with each step of the way and made a daunting process enjoyable. Once we cleared the sales phase of the project, we were impressed with our construction manager Brandon from the start of the build. His thorough communication, expert knowledge and transparency were so appreciated as our home was constructed. Our 3rd party inspection passed with flying colors, nothing outside of tiny cosmetic touch ups, which was the ultimate validation on build quality. Thanks so much for an excellent home buying experience!!

    After 26 years in our current home, the prospect of relocating while navigating significant medical conditions felt nearly impossible. To be honest, we had reached a point of total exhaustion and had actually given up on Pulte initially. We had begun looking at other ventures, convinced that the process simply wouldn't align with the specific care and patience our situation required. We wanted a home that was special to us and an experience to match. - A tall order. Then we met Clayton, and he became the sole reason our entire experience shifted from a burden to a joy. Clayton’s wonderful professionalism is built on a rare foundation of genuine empathy and active listening.     Total Frustration with Pulte’s Customer Care Having experienced several new home builders in WA, OR and CA, we have never been as disappointed or dissatisfied with a builder’s customer care and the way they handle home warranty as we have been with Pulte. We closed our home last summer, and even an independent inspection could not prepare us for the numerous issues (including plumbing and HVAC) once we moved in. We were wrongly blamed for a manufacturing defect, endured long delays and poor communication regarding repair scheduling, and saw serious problems dismissed as “normal.” Consistently, our customer care manager failed to follow up on promised solutions, leaving us to resolve matters ourselves. Their main proficiency appears to be sending rejection emails and closing tickets without any real resolution. Whenever we referenced positive experiences with other builders, the customer care manager always replied, “We don’t compare ourselves to other builders.” This attitude made it clear that their customer care team simply does not care and lacks the skills necessary to interact effectively with homeowners. Thus far, not a single customer care representative ever visited our home to directly assess or understand the issues firsthand. We're convinced their strategy is to stall/delay, and hit the one year mark. While we started out as enthusiastic buyers who even recommended Pulte to others, our disappointing customer care experience has led us to advise against buying a Pulte home unless you are absolutely set on a specific lot or model—and be prepared for poor post-sales support.
