  The apartments are decent, but the air conditioning is a joke. You'll notice many apartments with air units put in the window by the tenant. The air con that comes with the apartment is a small space unit in the dining area. Hence the bedrooms are really hot. The fact that rent raises are high and new people moving in are paying less than someone who has been there for 5 years is terrible. Not a way to repay long term loyalty. A half dozen cats roam the premises freely. When the popular treadmill needed repair, it was simply removed. The staff was nice.

  My elderly parents lived at Lion's Gate for more than a year. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Adam, the property manager, who truly went above and beyond. The complex is well maintained and clean. The grounds are nicely landscaped with large, mature trees. It is quiet, but people are still friendly and neighborly. It was a great place for them to live.

  Lions gate is a great place to live we have lived here for the past two years. Staff is very responsive when it comes to work orders and extremely friendly. We have transfer between two units and both units appear to be well maintained.

  It's because of Adam that I landed at Lions Gate from across the state. He walked me through the process every step of the way to secure the apartment. He even checked in as I was driving over. The staff really care and the apartments are lovely. Adam picked out a prime unit for me with a view and made sure everything was ready for an after hours arrival. I highly recommend living here. So peaceful.
