  I experienced a package delivery with a few photos for proof to the Addison. The package then disappeared into thin air... this being my First experience with that giant complex is theives. I wish the addison would have a place in the office for deliveries and give the neighbors who live next door a chance to claim their deliveries. I've noticed the ridgeline and the addison are confusing to delivery drivers and have seen so many mistakes. Im so grateful I dont live in a giant complex with 1000 neighbors anymore

  Moved in and the washer was broken can’t even drain our clothes good, and the amount of noise it makes, requested for change and to be fixed. Already a year now still the same. Can’t even use it because the neighbors downstairs might complain. This is not the first time we requested this to be fix 5times now

  The staff at The Addison WA created the smoothest moving experience I’ve ever had. Communication was always kind, clear, and timely, which made it easy to know exactly what the next steps were throughout the process. They did an excellent job answering questions and were always helpful and professional. The apartment looks great, and the entire experience has truly been above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better move in experience. If you’re considering The Addison Apartments, you truly have nothing to worry about, the staff here are outstanding and make the whole process easy and stress free.

  We moved here in June and have not had any major issues. The place feels a little "old" but nice. The staff are really nice and you can pay your rent online and set up auto pay. Maintenance stands out as the best. We've had some issues with the appliances in our apartment breaking. Like the refrigerator and more recently the garbage disposal. Each time we put in a request it was fixed the next day. Friendly and knowledgeable maintenance man who knows how to fix everything. Also, this place is right across the street from a Winco and dog friendly. We're happy residents.
