    Garbage disposal kick the bucket. I submitted a maintenance request. Next morning. It was taken care of first thing. I actually passed the maintenance manager in the parking lot and asked if I had submitted it correctly and he was so nice. He said I don't know. I haven't seen it, but I'll fix it for you right now and he did. As usual. Justin stops in the middle of what he's doing and we'll make a quick repair wherever and whenever possible. He's so thoughtful and helpful. Nice guy. Good employee

    I lived there for 3 years. It was good and nice as Crystal Creek. But after Terra came, they have done nothing but lie. Talling you that you can't have your plants out. That you can't have things showing on your back patio. Then the " we will wave this fee cause we missed up" they never did. Then the you have have 30 days from move out to pay this bill. Nope less then 3 days. They lied to my face and to my partner. We will never move back there. We will always miss the place it was. And happy to leave what it became. And 2090 for a 2 room?!?! Are you nuts?!? Yea now in a new place 3 room at 1500. So yea don't move there. Looks nice but they are lies.
