  A co-worker knew we were casually looking for a new home and recommended Kristy & Molly, who had helped him with two of his previous home purchases. One random Saturday night we found a listing we really wanted to see, so we reached out to Kristy for the first time. She quickly arranged a showing and we viewed the house the very next day. Within a week we submitted an offer and were under contract. Kristy & Molly guided us through the entire due diligence and inspection process and kept everything moving smoothly. Considering the end-of-year holiday challenges and a septic line trench/repair we were able to close on time and keep all plans in place for the move. We really enjoyed working with Kristy & Molly and appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism and support throughout the process. They also went above and beyond with thoughtful milestone gifts along the way, little reminders to take a breath, celebrate and share the good news with family and friends.

  I truly enjoyed the Buyer’s Class. Having every part of the home-buying process represented throughout the presentation really helped put the entire experience into perspective. The class was extremely informative and well worth attending.
