To request maintenance repair is very easy in the app and they come by the next business day. I recently submitted one and Chris came within AN HOUR!! Amazing, very efficient. The only suggestion is parking, we should at least get one parking spot per unit, but right now is first come first serve (which I don't really mind) but it would be nice to have one designated per unit.

April was the first one I spoke with and she was super kind and patient and answered all of my questions, when I needed some more assistance I spoke with Audire and received the same great service. We applied on Wednesday 8/13 and the process went so smoothly, we were in our new place by 8/16/25. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, already went swimming many times, and met some friendly neighbors. We had some maintenance issues that came up, but Chris and Riley handled them quickly and one of them was not an easy fix since it had to do with the electrical wiring, but they did a fantastic job and fixed it in about an hour. We are so pleased with the knowledge and kindness of the staff. Moving can be stressful and everyone here made it a great experience. a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL from both of us - Mark and Jennifer :-)
