  If you’re buying and/or selling a home/property in this area, look no further. There’s no other agent you want or need! From our initial decision to sell our home until we signed all the final paperwork, Tracy was by our side overseeing every step. Our funds for preparing the house and property for sale were very limited. She pointed out where we should focus during the preparation for selling to keep our costs and stress levels minimal. Tracy checked in with us continuously to make sure plans stayed on schedule and to make sure we understood each step. Her interior design knowledge is absolutely invaluable. From paint to staging, she turned our unremarkable home into a bright shining star that pulled potential buyers in. Tracy’s resources are seemingly limitless. If any obstacles are encountered, she has a primary resource, most likely a secondary resource, and sometimes a tertiary resource to take care of whatever hitch there may be as quickly and efficiently as possible. In parallel with our sale, she worked tirelessly with us to find and purchase our new home since we were under time constraints for finding a new place to live. Our old house went on the market in November, usually a terrible time for real estate transactions. Friends/family all told us there’d be no movement on it until late spring or summer. By February we had sold and were moved into our new home! That’s the level of effort you can expect from Tracy. At no time during either process were we ever left wondering “Sooo…what happens now?” These are only a few highlights from our experience using Tracy Burgess as our agent.
