The building itself is meticulously designed, with high-end modern finishes in the units and impressive common areas like the heated pool that really sell the luxury lifestyle. It’s easily one of the most attractive spots in Vancouver right now. That said, while the amenities are top-tier, the service is what really stood out to me. I was shown around by Michael, the leasing agent, and he gave a fantastic introduction to the building. He was sharp, professional, and very easy to talk to, answering every detailed question I had with confidence. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work; he represents the management team incredibly well and made the visit a pleasure from the moment I walked in, even though it was a last minute appointment. It’s rare to find that level of competence and genuine charisma in leasing offices these days. Thanks, Michael!

Application process was easy and very communicative, I appreciated the reminders and checklist with links to complete everything before move in, especially with my busy work schedule!
