  We’ve been here at Slate for a month now and we LOVE it!!!! All the ladies in the leasing office are amazing and helpful with anything we need. The grounds are kept well and the Maintenance staff are punctual efficient!!! The modern units are beautiful and spacious and the amenities are top tier!! We love having access to a gym, pool even movie theater!!! And the surrounding area has a lot to offer as well.

  Awesome community to live in! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. Constant events for every time of year, and always a smile to greet you. Prompt maintenance service when needed, and plenty of amenities. Highly recommended!

  I recently transferred from another Sequoia property to Slate Ridge, and the entire experience was seamless. Abbie made the process incredibly easy. She was clear, professional, and honest about when the best time would be to complete my transfer. She even met with me on a Sunday to show me the apartment, and I was able to begin moving in just a week and a half later. My experience at the other property had been confusing… I was told to submit an online application without any real guidance. But when I met with Abbie at Slate Ridge, she walked me through every step. She had me complete the necessary paperwork right then and there, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure everything was submitted correctly so the process could move quickly. Abbie was not only professional but also genuinely caring. It’s clear she truly cares about her residents. The rest of the office staff have been incredibly friendly and always say hi to my puppies when we bring them in for their daily treats, which absolutely makes their day. Maintenance has been okay, but they’ve completed all of my requests, which I appreciate. Even though the property is about as old as I am, my unit is clean, the appliances are updated, and it feels well taken care of. I’m genuinely happy to be here and grateful for how smooth the move-in process was. Highly recommend Slate Ridge!

  Huge complex in a great location. I ADORE the wood burning fireplace. Older buildings but up to date and modern feeling. Landscapers and maintenance are super on top of things. Randy is a cool guy that works fast on any maintenance requests.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS! They are not veteran friendly and they discriminate against disabled veterans. We could not live in our home anymore due to documented disabilities. The greedy leasing agent refused to let us break our lease even though we could not physically live in the condo due to the stairs. They rented our place within 2 weeks and are still charging over $4000 for us moving out early. They choose GREED AND PROFITS ABOVE ALL ELSE. Our apartment flooded and we couldn't use the master bathroom for a month, but we got NO compensation. TERRIBLE PLACE AND TERRIBLE INHUMANE GREEDY LEASING AGENT. Veteran's affairs is involved, but they are now sending us to collections. In this economy it should be a crime.
