  We have lived here since 2014 and have had a few different managers, however since Kara & Kelly took over I can actually see a difference. They are really trying to whip this place into shape. Always decorating for the holidays and always so nice & willing to chat. Alex & Courtney Keep The Grounds looking very nice and complete work orders in a timely manner and we truly appreciate that. Kara is the sweetest person always willing to work with us if ever an issue arise. Bottom line Follow the rules and be a good neighbor and I guarantee you will not have a problem here.   WARNING: FPI Management is a Disaster—OWNERS Should be Ashamed (1 Star - Would give 0 if possible) Since FPI Management took over, this complex has plummeted. Do not be fooled by any glossy facade or promises; FPI has single-handedly destroyed the quality of life here while maximizing profit. To anyone who is familiar with FPI Management: you already know their reputation is absolutely horrendous. They are widely recognized as one of the most incompetent and predatory property management companies operating today. They are notorious for being completely unreachable, unresponsive to critical maintenance issues (leaks, mold, broken appliances), and stacking on hidden fees. They have faced lawsuits for unlawful evictions and deceptive practices. This is not just bad management; it's a corporate strategy of negligence. They are losing tenants daily because their sole strategy is constant, aggressive rent increases while simultaneously slashing services. My neighbors and I have seen staggering, unjustified spikes in rent—a clear strategy to push out long-term residents and maximize short-term profits. Furthermore, their internal organization is a complete mess. Management's record-keeping is so poor that they repeatedly try to schedule "annual" unit inspections 2 or 3 times a year. How can you possibly claim to be performing an annual inspection when your lack of oversight forces repeated, unnecessary intrusions into tenants' private homes? This constant waste of time and lack of respect for privacy is yet another symptom of their profound incompetence. To the OWNER of this property: How do you sleep at night? You deliberately chose FPI Management, knowing their terrible reputation and their history of neglecting properties and mistreating tenants—many of whom are families, seniors, and working individuals. You are knowingly sacrificing human decency for a higher profit margin. You should be ashamed. Your lack of character is reflected in the disaster that this apartment complex has become. AVOID this property until it is owned by someone competent and FPI gone! Until then, you are signing up for skyrocketing rent and zero support while your appliances and cheap renovations degrade.

  Here we were deceived, they did not give us the deposit upon eviction and did not fulfill the terms of the contract, the attitude towards people is very bad, when we came to clarify this problem, they kicked me and my children out of the office, one employee just shouted and the other said that she did not have time for us, when I asked when you will have free time and I can come to clarify all this - she just shouted in an angry voice, "I don't know, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone."
