I was nervous, but Kristy made the whole process smooth. She did a video tour of the house with me. She successfully negotiated to have some things remedied that were found in the inspection. And she surprised me with some little home-warming gifts and treats left in the house for when I was able to come up there. Her and Molly stopped by the next day to meet me in person and congratulate me. They truly make you feel like family and not just someone you're doing business with.
