Parking here is atrocious! Residence cars are allowed only a three day limit in visitor parking however, there are several cars that have been parked in the same visitor parking spot for weeks at a time. I am an excellent tenant and I pay my rent before it’s even due. My lease is up in March and I’m seriously considering moving because of the parking issue that causes me a lot of anxiety. It just isn’t fair. I just want to be treated fairly like anybody else would. I would rather not move because I like the location and the apartment. If they’re getting phone calls to let them know that they’ve been parking in the same spot for too long. It’s not working. I don’t know what else to do. It’s unacceptable How they are allowed to be treated with favoritism and that’s exactly what it is favoritism or she just doesn’t wanna be bothered anymore with it and has given up on trying.

They called a tow truck without warning for parking in a spot that was not visibly marked as a reserved spot. Then wouldn’t even talk to me about the 160$ bill I had to pay to the towing company to drop my vehicle when they hadn’t even finished loading my vehicle. Improperly maintained. Cheap flooring that starts to come up in every unit I’ve seen. Unprofessional staff. Poorly designed complex.

At first when we moved into this place it was privately owned and it was amazing other then the build quality for the year, 1970s. Then it was sold to a management agency, templeton management. Things went down hill from there. Took away the coin operated laundry room saying it wasnt being used when it was. taking away the common room for the same claim as the laundry room. Changed the month to month to leases with an immediate increase of 100-200 increase for staying. The last straw was a solid 30% increase in the lease from the previous lease and i quote " because market value allows it". That place was a wonderful affordable place to rent. We moved out and i still hear how that place still is going under from. Templeton management group thats based out of Oregon.
