    I lived at Kestrel Park for nearly three years and enjoyed it. I only moved away because my preferences changed and I wanted to live closer to the heart of Vancouver. The whole time I was at Kestrel Park, management was professional, responsive, and kept things in order. Maintenance requests regarding the A/C unit, washer, and sink were handled within a day or two, professionally, and with lasting resolutions by onsite maintenance. I would happily recommend Kestrel Park to anyone looking for a quality apartment in this area. Thank you Josie, Jennifer, Olti and team for a great experience!

    Kestrel Park’s staff have been nothing but kind and incredibly responsive. I’ve honestly never experienced such attentive apartment management. We truly love our apartment—it’s clean, comfortable, and feels very safe for our kids. We’re really happy living here.
