  By far WORST apartments to live at. Have had nothing but issues with this place. First speed bumps are horrible to drive on, 2nd the platform and work that was done to build these apartments is horrible, the plumbing is all screwed up, little paint spots is splattered on the ground, the maintenance people are not on top of their work and are not knowledgeable what so ever. You literally can’t live your life here at all and you’re paying all this money to hardly do anything to enjoy your life. Quality of these places is horrible for the dollar they charge. There’s always dumpster divers and the management doesn’t do anything about it, and allegedly there’s a security team that drives around late at night 1 time every couple of months or so to check the property out. You have to pay for parking and if someone comes you’d have to have them pay to park for a few hours. I’d never recommend this place to ANYONE coming here . Such a waste of money and money hungry company. Stupid rule they implement is no back in parking , reason is because of “emissions entering the apartments”, but if you’re parked up the hill it doesn’t do anything so it’s an absolutely ridiculous rule. They perform inspections which feels like every month , but they do it pretty much several times a year for stupid reasons and unnecessary reasons. Majority of People living here don’t even move so the parking situation is horrible to even have a spot or do anything at all. Property is absolutely trashed and disgusting. You’re utility, and sewage bill is divided out upon each unit, it’s absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME LIVING HERE OR HARD WORKING MONEY!! The pictures and all the hype they talk about this place is not what they say.

  I had the opportunity to visit Haven Hills and let me tell you this property and staff check all the boxes. If you’re looking for a nice property to live at then look no further than Haven Hills. From top to bottom the team is amazing. Property Manager Ryan, Assistant Manager Makaila and Leasing Agent Chai make you feel welcome and the level of professionalism is top notch. Maintenance Supervisor Matt and his Tech Ryan are better than any maintenance crew we’ve ever experienced, work order are done no later than the next day. Whoever hired this amazing team, please don’t change anything, they’re absolutely amazing, 10/10 THANK YOU!

  Amazing community with an incredible team! Ryan and Matt in maintenance are always fast, professional, and reliable. Chai, Ryan, and Mikayla in the office are friendly, helpful, and truly care about the residents.

  Matt, the head of maintenance, is great. He shows up on time, knows how everything works and doesn’t mind explaining it to you, plus he’s professional, efficient, and trustworthy.
