They told us not to have air conditioners for the heat, but you can see them in many windows of other apartments. They say no dogs or cats, but you can hear dogs bark and see cats day and night. This is undoubtedly the worst place I've ever stayed in, and I hope no one else can experience the annoyances my family and I went through.
