  We had a great experience working with Margie. She did a great job being our eyes and ears through the process of buying a home sight unseen from all the way in Hawaii. She shared her observations during our video walk throughs and gave honest opinions. All my questions were responded to in a timely manner and she was on top of everything to get us a 30 day closing. 10/10 would recommend Margie as a realtor for anyone looking to purchase a home.

  Melinda was so awesome to work with! Our project and dreams were stalled until we met her because we wanted to find rural land and many other realtors only wanted to sell us houses or overcharge for land deals. She knew the different WA rural areas well and was upfront about costs. She seemed to understand what we "didn't know we didn't know" and helped keep us realistic and on track. She answered our questions (and boy did we have a lot!), let us lead the process and always gave us good advice when we asked for it. Thanks Melinda, couldn't have done it without you!

  Courtney has been amazing from the first moment we communicated. Her determination and dedication were the perfect answer to what started as a difficult accomplishment. She has helped things work smoothly, despite a bump in the road, which turned out to be a blessing. As an ex-pat returning to the US after 12 years, everything seemed so daunting; yet, anytime I brought up a concern or something that needed to be taken care of, she had the answer, complete with a resource. I have experienced other realtors, but never someone that I trusted 200% with my well-being and search for the perfect home. Courtney is someone I can put in my "forever" list of favorite people.

  Sometimes you are just lucky enough to meet the right person at the right moment. We met Melinda Kaiser at an Open House while browsing for ideas for a remodel that wasn't going quickly or well. She spent the time with us to learn what we were actually interested in, the kind of house we wanted to own and how we viewed different types of properties. She never wasted our time, she stayed in contact without crowding us and we developed a very good working relationship with her. When it became obvious out remodeling project would never work out, she assured us she could market and sell our 10-acre property, complete with its 1960's era house, in very short order. And she did it. Then she arranged for us to meet and talk with the builder and his agent for an in-progress house on acreage that someone brought to our attention. In the space of 60 days, we viewed properties, sold one and bought one, all with Melinda's expert help and guidance.
