- BBBearOct 21, 20221.0Very disappointing. We were 2nd on a property for lease. The Realtor told us an app was pending and that if our background cleared we would have the property. If the other renter qualified then they would hold our processed app for 90 days. It's been 5 days, haven't heard anything, for all we know it's rented. I feel like they just took our money and basically told us what we wanted to hear but nothing became of it. It doesn't take 5 days to clear, I've been cleared in 1 hour or a day or 2 at the latest.
