    HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAFF IS JOKE. AND THEY CAN'T FOLLOW RULES. GOOD LUCK IF YOU MOVE HERE.

    Beautiful elegant apartments. Well kept. The paint job in units is nice and done carefully. The inside is so cozy. The view is amazing so much to see when you go for walks. The office is amazing. The apple tree is my favorite. The his and hers bathroom is also awesome. Very clean. Maintenence helps in reasonable time. They take care of their apartments. Loved living here was a mini paradise.

    Great place to live, maintenance is always on top of it, and Jason is very nice whenever he comes to fix up our apartment. Usually they are able to fix maintenance requests within the day of submitting an issue, which is a plus. Trash area is an issue but that's not on Columbia View itself but rather neighbors being disrespectful and messy. Other than that, we've been here a couple of years and enjoy it.

    The employee was great, however, I found the pricing of units a bit unsettling, A 1000k difference for the same unit, appears incongruous with fair leasing policies.
