  Josh Brunette has handled all of our maintenance over the past year, and he’s been fantastic to work with. He’s reliable, professional, and always gets the job done right the first time. If you have any questions, he goes above and beyond to explain the process clearly. Not only is he kind and people-oriented, but he also makes your pets feel at ease with his approachable demeanor. He communicates clearly about what needs to be done, ensures everything is handled efficiently, and often goes out of his way to check on anything else that may need attention. It’s a huge relief knowing we can count on him and trust him to treat our home with respect. Highly recommend Josh for any maintenance needs! He’s someone you can rely on to provide the quality service you deserve. Thank you Josh for all your hard work!

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment complex is well maintained, and the manager, Vanessa, is always professional and responsive. Any concerns I’ve had have been handled efficiently. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great home!

  Thank you, Miles, for your outstanding maintenance service! You’re always prompt, professional, and thorough. It’s clear you take pride in your work, and you make every visit smooth and hassle-free. We really appreciate your friendly attitude and dedication to keeping everything running perfectly. Our oven went out Thanksgiving week one year and he had a better one ordered and installed two days later. He always makes sure our kitty is comfortable with him when he comes over to do work for us, this makes all the difference. Highly recommend Miles Divers for any of your maintenance needs.
