  We have a manager that is on her toes and gets things done! All the tenants need to do is send a email and the maintenance team will come over to the property and fix / clean/ repair whatever needs to be done. The tenants that complain about the property are the ones that are on their way out or don't inform the manager about their issues. It's a small complex,so it's very very quiet and well kept up!
