In the first 6-7 months of my lease, everything was great! Michelle was always on top of things/quick to respond to emails or calls. Before I ended my lease I sent several emails to the property email with 0 response. I had the red headed lady (who they literally call the devil) accuse me of being delinquent on my rent when I walked into the leasing office, mind you this was prior to her even asking what I was trying to speak about/pulling up my account. While that lady is running the property, I don't recommend moving into a unit (P.S. they raised rent a couple hundred dollars for their studio apartments when utilities are already almost $200 a month for a 450 sq ft apartment). EDIT: I just noticed they also deleted a review I left regarding the parking. You will not find an available space late at night/on weekends because they never enforce the "parking policy" drive around the parking lot and you'll notice that more than half the cars don't have the permits. If you DO happen to find a parking spot, they are extremely tiny and you may not even be able to park in it. I drive a compact vehicle and wouldn't fit in most of the spots.

The location is super convenient. Close by to everything i need. Good pool, gym, nice neighbors. I had a great time moving in the first six months. But since our favorite property manager quit suddenly, everything just went down under. Theres hardly any reliable management here anymore when you need them. Hardly ever anyone in the office anymore to answer calls or speak in person. The staff here are great, though. They're doing their best to keep this place going. But i can tell that its just not enough. People are movong out, the rent keeps going up, there's always some excuse as to why no management is there to hear all of our concerns. Its all just a domino effect. I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt and keep living here. But if there are no changes by the end of the year, then I'm leaving when my lease ends.

This complex has gone down the crapper. Michelle was a godsend and one half who made this place an awesome complex to live in. Brad the maintenance guy is the other half who still keeps this complex afloat. For how long? Nobody really knows. Maybe "Florida Woman" aka Nancy does. This place has become a reflection of her. The other maintenance dude is cool, too, but he's getting outta here soon. I don't blame him. The management company is committing some level(s) of fraud by hiking up people's rent in the middle of their lease contract, charging asinine vague fees, a security patrol fee even though security hasn't been seen on the property for almost 6 months, security deposits aren't being honored after people have moved out, and some people are noticing terms of their lease contract have been sloppily changed with move-in dates not matching up when their lease was supposedly signed. The move-in dates are forged as being BEFORE the leases were ever signed. How is that even possible? How does one move in BEFORE they ever signed a contract? It's a breach of contract by the management, and all of this is illegal! Nancy doesn't seem to believe tenants should feel safe or secure on the property. This came out of her mouth in regards to the fact many on the property don't feel safe anymore. It's a shame because there are lots of cool people living here. Nancy lacks basic human decency and empathy. The rot begins and ends with her. Currently, the payment processor for the online rent payment portal isn't working. Many of us are overdue on rent because of this issue and the Powers That Be cannot be bothered to handle the situation. Their payment system through RentCafe appears to be the issue. Check on Reddit about RentCafe and you'll see numerous topics on the subject from people all over the country. This complex is being operated remotely from a different time zone by folks who obviously don't know how to convert a PDF file. Avoid this trainwreck of an apartment complex. For those of us who still live here because of our own reasons, be sure to download a copy of your current lease agreement, read it, or have somebody else help you understand the terms, and know your rights because this management company is doing shady things. They don't think the people living here are intelligent enough to notice, care, or stand their ground to fight for what's right.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! Michelle was amazing and the place ran wonderfully, until they wrongly fired her. Now, Cheryl and Nancy "run" the place. I have now moved out, but they tried to charge me two extra months rent due to "not giving enough notice of vacating" to which I consulted an attorneys advice and they tucked their tails between their legs. Now, I am constantly trying to get in contact regarding my security deposit, and they have been ghosts. I've called every day and stopped by several times, but they can't even have enough pride to have someone available in the office. It's sad what this place has turned to, and by this point, i highly recommend no one else get put into the same position I am in. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! DOOOO NOTTTTTT!!!! The only good part about this complex is Brad, who single handedly keeps things running, and prides himself on having meaningful relations with the tenants. Brad deserves the world, not to be stuck with lazy managers who don't care to do their jobs.

Normally I do get places a five-star review if they do deserve a five-star however in the last few months there hasn't been a manager here used to be a great manager here she walked away that wasn't at her fault though we were told by the main people that it was at her fault then residency got to talking and we found out it was at a woman's fault by the name of Nancy. After that manager walked away Nancy came in for a short time and then we found out that yes this woman Nancy is very rude and crude. Prior to that old manager walking away she was in the office with that old manager and was rude to that manager and was rude to that staff and was rude to other residency and myself that was in the office at that time now it's been a couple of months with temporary managers and then we're told that there's a manager that's going to be here on a permanent base and then that manager quits and then you find out that Nancy's going to be here and nobody wants to be in the office you used to could sit down in the office and have a cup of coffee which is the computer area. When the temporary manager was in there I went in there with my son Nancy big bump into him and did not even say sorry bumped into myself and didn't even say sorry for that then I asked her about a question that she could help she said that she couldn't help it and then when I called the place they suggest she could help then I looked it up and it was true she could have helped it property Management could help you could help do it but she lied and said that she could not help it and that they were not in control of it Now it's still a nice place to live the maintenance men are very nice and they do stay on top of their job no matter how much they are given to do they will get their stuff done that they are asked to be done. However Nancy will threaten you to not let you move into a bigger apartment even if you do qualify to move into that bigger apartment because you're having a bad day and you don't understand why something is being done to you until you apologize you're just having a bad day and you're just feeling like you have to get it out yes I will admit I was a little bit in the wrong but I should have had to apologize in order for me to get a bigger apartment. And then she has been rude to othershe has been rude to seniors that live in here she must think because there are some low income people that all of the low-income people that live here are just trashed and that they don't care and that they don't know anything about what they're doing and I hate to say it but that's not true. It seems like this Nancy person would not be the person I would want representing peg property Ava lost they wait I'm understanding people are just moving out that is very sad a consistent manager here very sad is there a good place to live the maintenance men make it worth that place to live there is a gym here and then pull here and a hot tub in the parking is not too bad however you are told that there is cameras but there is actually only three if something happens to your car or to your property good luck seeing anything because you're not going to be showing it cops will be shown at unless they have a warrant that's not fair all right but they want their money for their rent. Even if your rates are assaulted videos of nothing will be shown to you or your loved ones a lesser one is given of the crime happeningcameras are provided but your toes that in your lease your toe that when you sign up to ask for apartment even told that their security and there's no security I offered to pay an extra $5 on my rent if they would put security back in here and other Winters here have offered to pay $5 extra on their rent nothing was ever made of it Please pick property please we're asking you please don't have Nancy here again she's rude to your renters if you want to keep the good renters here you would not have her here again and you might would have her out of your company the maintenance men are awesome though thank you for your time I hope you see this view
