  I have lived here for one month and wanted to share my most positive experience with the whole process from application to move in and more so to my everyday joy and peace this place has brought to my life. The manager Tammy is amazing! She is easy to talk to noShe is always willing to help where she can with a smile on her face.Brad and Michael, the maintenance team is excellent. On top of the projects, workorders and always friendly and approachable.

  From the moment I toured AVIA Lofts on Parkway, I felt such a welcoming and positive energy. Tammy was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful—she made the entire experience feel easy and exciting rather than stressful. You can tell she truly cares about future residents and takes pride in what she does. The space itself was beautiful, with great lighting that made everything feel bright, open, and inviting. The overall atmosphere had such good vibes, and it truly made me excited about the possibility of becoming a resident here. Thank you, Tammy, for your kindness and amazing energy—it made a lasting impression. I really hope to call AVIA Lofts on Parkway home!

  I moved in around May of last year and had a great experience with original management! I asked her prior to moving in about rules about toys and furniture on patios. She advised me no storage can be left out but toys are ok! Today, I get an email saying the only thing allowed on the patio is “patio furniture” and potted plants and quote “ I will allow doors to be decorated for holidays but no items can be attached to the stairwell railings and enclosure areas as well as the balconies”. I have a stroller and a bicycle on a lock under the stairwell because my son’s bike was being stolen and had the training wheels taken off by kids who live in the complex and management did nothing. I had ring camera recordings and yet all they said was “we will talk about it with the parents” but the same kid still kept coming. The new manager created her own designated parking spot with a sign that looks like it’s off amazon and has now taken a spot away from people who live here, It is really unfortunate. I am really unhappy with the new management and will most likely not be renewing my lease. I also have had a leaking problem for the past couple months and maintenance has been nothing but communicative and extremely helpful through the entire process. My problem is solely with management.

  I currently live here at Avia Lofts on Parkway. Since Tammy the new manager took over this place it is finally getting straightened back out. The property is looking good, the maintenance and Tammy work as a team and it is evident. Tammy always makes me feel welcome when I or my grandson or daughter come into the office. She is helpful, understanding, and friendly. She is a keeper!

  In the first 6-7 months of my lease, everything was great! Michelle was always on top of things/quick to respond to emails or calls. Before I ended my lease I sent several emails to the property email with 0 response. I had the red headed lady (who they literally call the devil) accuse me of being delinquent on my rent when I walked into the leasing office, mind you this was prior to her even asking what I was trying to speak about/pulling up my account. While that lady is running the property, I don't recommend moving into a unit (P.S. they raised rent a couple hundred dollars for their studio apartments when utilities are already almost $200 a month for a 450 sq ft apartment). EDIT: I just noticed they also deleted a review I left regarding the parking. You will not find an available space late at night/on weekends because they never enforce the "parking policy" drive around the parking lot and you'll notice that more than half the cars don't have the permits. If you DO happen to find a parking spot, they are extremely tiny and you may not even be able to park in it. I drive a compact vehicle and wouldn't fit in most of the spots.
