  We really enjoy living here. The community is pretty quiet and relaxed, with a bunch of trees and squirrels. Maintenance is responsive and cares about resolving issues (shoutout to Jesse!) Nick in the office is also very helpful and kind.

  I wanted to take a moment to thank Nick from the leasing office. From the start, Nick has made us feel so at ease. If we ever felt worried, he was always there to help turn things around. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to make it through this without him and his genuine care and willingness to listen and help. Moving from another state and not knowing anyone was already tough enough, and finding a place to live was even harder. Nick went above and beyond to address my concerns and continues to show that even after. You’re a gem, Nick! Keep up the great work, and thank you for everything. I truly appreciate you making us feel better and reassuring us that everything would be okay when we had an already stressful situation, then moving so far from home. They’re lucky to have you here. I also want to thank all the other staff members in the office, as well as the maintenance team. So far, everyone I’ve come into contact with has been beyond nice and helpful, and I truly appreciate it. Keep doing what you’re doing!

  We just moved in to our new apartment in Nov and from the beginning Nick made the process simple and when he knew we where working to get a new place on a deadline he helped us meet it. Since we’ve been at autumn chase maintenance has been there with any emergency we’ve had and has fixed it in no time at all. We enjoy living here and plan to spend years at autumn chase.

  I had the best interaction with Crystal today! You can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the residents! Rob is so great too! He is always making sure everything is handled quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!
