  I want to share my recent experience with the Yakima branch. As a retired service provider who built a career on "old school" values, my expectations for customer service from large corporations are typically low. However, my recent purchase of a storage container (my fifth in ten years) completely changed my perspective. From my first phone call, Kari was exceptionally professional and upbeat, providing more detailed information than I’ve come to expect over the phone. Upon visiting the store, I was equally impressed by Alex and the forklift operator, who both went out of their way to lower a container for my inspection. Alex’s ability to manage a sudden rush of customers was exceptional. He handled the floor with ease, making me feel like a priority while still professionally acknowledging others. Furthermore, the delivery process—which I initially dismissed as "empty promises"—was followed to the letter. The delivery driver was as competent and professional as the rest of the team. This team is a credit to United Rentals and could easily teach a master class on how customer service should be handled.   Sean is a pro truck driver! Got in and out of a muddy location like it wasn't even there. Very impressive. He also clearly explained some questions and concerns I had.

  Steve did an amazing job dropping off the container with the little space to work with. Even helped shift the container to make it straight for where we wanted it. Thank you again. Wish you would have accepted the cash tip but refused and asked for a review instead.

  We have been a carrier for you for the past few years and now you file a fraudulent claim about containers that were delivered being damaged without any proof 4 days later after they arrived in mint condition.. Many things can happen in a yard in 4 days. Wild. You are messing with people's livelihood and thats not right.
