  This place has really gone down hill in the 5.5 yrs I've lived here. It is drug infested and a constant flow of squatters. Management is useless, she locks the doors so you can't talk to her., and they have no intention of cleaning it up obviously. They just charge the rent paying tenants for fees and crap to make up for it.

  The rent keeps on going up, and my mom can't afford it so we might have to move. It was quality for 6 years, though.

  I've had a very good experience here at Suncrest. The management has always come through for me whenever I have had an issue. They have always treated me with respect and not like someone they were doing a favor for. I feel very comfortable here. I just renewed my lease (I've done that many times now!). The rental price is agreeable and the radiant heat in my apartment has saved me a lot in heating bills. I'm very centrally located: kid goes to school a few blocks away and I go to school at the local college (approx. 3.1 miles from Suncrest), There's a store on the corner and lucky for me, my bank just moved to the opposite corner. I can walk to just about anything from here. I love the two block walk to farmers market on Wednesdays.
