  I lived at Vista Del Rey for over 2 years and for a studio apartment, it was enjoyable. The location is mostly good (although parking can be a hassle if you don't want to pay $ for a reserved spot, especially when Stadium HS has events), the views are good. The building is solidly constructed so it felt very quiet. I always felt safe in this building and every interaction I had with the office staff was excellent - they are very kind and my move-out was smooth as well. I would recommend if you don't need amenities such as in-unit washer/dryer (which you won't find in most studios anyways I'm guessing)!

  Very nice place very clean and the manager finesse was very polite and helpful when we looked there didn't end up there but on her service alone I give this 5 stars and I would have definitely hired her if I were her boss because she represents the business well is very accommodating and upbeat
