  ChatGPT hooked me up! Found Tiffany through a simple prompt asking for best agents in Thurston county and I have to say Tiffany's been an amazing agent for us!  Very professional, open, honest and friendly from the beginning.  Exceptional communication and sense of urgency to respond to all of our questions/concerns.  Strong knowledge of the market and very resourceful in finding information and contractors to help with preparing our house for sale.  This house was a rental and the previous tenants really did a number on it and took a lot of work to get it in good shape for selling. We were out-of-state owners and Tiffany helped stay on top of the property manager to get the tenants exited so we could begin getting it ready for sale.  Tiffany earned a lot of respect from us when she showed up to our house and started helping move some of the junk that was piled up in the yard.  Agents don't that and that's just one example of her going above and beyond... but Tiffany is not your typical agent!  We put our trust in her and followed her advice on doing a pre-inspection, doing specific repairs, and staging.  In the end she got our house sold at the price we "hoped" for and within a week of listing.  It also sold $30K higher than another house that is the same model in the same neighborhood and had sold within weeks of our listing.  I don't think you'd hear this said about a lot of agents but she really earned her commission and we got a great agent!  Thanks ChatGPT!!

  I can’t say enough amazing things about Tiffany. From start to finish until it was SOLD!!!! she has been absolutely outstanding. As a military family, I currently live in North Carolina while my home is in Washington State. I was facing a huge dilemma, whether I needed to leave my family and travel back to Washington for a few weeks just to get my home ready to sell after it had been used as a rental property. During my research, I learned that some real estate agents can help coordinate vendors and manage the process remotely, but finding the right agent is everything. I was incredibly fortunate to find Tiffany. Honestly, it felt like she was placed in my path at exactly the right time. We coordinated the repairs needed for the home, and Tiffany was there on-site to meet vendors, open the property, and ensure everything was handled properly. From repainting to both major and minor repairs, as well as lawn care, she made sure everything stayed on track and was completed efficiently. Because of her support, I was able to stay with my family and avoid traveling across the country. If you are a military family, especially one managing a home from a different state, I highly, highly, highly recommend Tiffany. She is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about her clients. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would, she deserves a thousand stars. I will continue to refer her to friends and anyone looking to buy or sell in Washington State.
