  Whatever you do. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It might look decent in pictures but for your sanity and safety do not do it. Especially if you have children/family. This apartment complex is ran so poorly and the staff truly don’t care. The sauna is broken. The pool is covered in mold and rust. The hallways smell terrible. The smell of cigarette smoke is extremely strong. The fire alarm is defective and will go off randomly multiple times through the week, so if you have children this can really be a problem especially if they are babies. I and many other residents have found feces in the hallways and in the laundry room, there was feces sprayed on the wall. And was left there for days. When we moved it there were many random stains all over the carpet as well. Just save your money and time. And do not move into this apartment.

  I showed up for my tour appointment today. I met with Cecilia. After the tour, I submitted my application and she helped make the application process so much easier and for that, I was approved and ready to move in with in 2 to 3 days all happened in one day. Thank you Cecilia 🙏😊

  So nice to have all of the amenities open! The pool is a great temp and the fitness center is great for cardio. Sauna is almost back online after warranty repair. Cool spot. Being next to Red Lobster next door is great. Groceries at Winco too. Love it.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I was put in a unit with a hole in the floor which they covered with carpet, a light that flashes, black mold in my bathroom, a sink so tiny you can’t wash dishes in it and a ceiling that leaked. The lobby doors rarely lock. The gym is through the pool so if the pool is closed so is gym, which it was for 2 weeks. Staff is incredibly rude. Almost weekly the fire alarm would go off for a “false alarm”. Packages stolen AND an attempted break in. Was without hot water for about 5 days. All of which I have documented. My lawyer told me to stop paying rent and get out asap. Was given a notice to pay or move so I moved (which I was already in the process of doing) and AFTER I moved they still tried to charge me. They’re lucky I’m not suing for unsafe living conditions, even though my lawyer is pressing for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Very pleased to see HOSPITALITY IN EFFECT! Cecelia was very pleasant and very professional from beginning to end. She helped my husband and I with the process and made us feel very welcome and comfortable, thank you
