  We just moved to Tacoma and had no idea where to even begin to look for an apartment. My son is attending an art college in downtown Tacoma so we wanted to be able to access downtown easily. It is only 8 to 12 minutes driving time even during peak traffic hours to reach the downtown area. We also wanted a complex where we feel safe, secure and is well maintained. The apt. turn over time is well worth the wait. We moved into a sparkling clean spacious apartment. Our apartment manager "Kim" is the best and is onsite 3 days a week and can be easily reached at all times. She is very professional and efficient while always being friendly and kind. We are very pleased and happy with "The Monroe Apartments."

  I have been living at the Monroe apartment since 2014 for my own experience at this complex I will recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and clean environments to live in tacoma. The management especially Kim the manager really care about the well-being of everyone living there. Thank you.
